Welcome to the Smart Pregnancy Club
An online group of women and pregnant people that want to make smart informed choices about their pregnancy and birth.
A place where you can feel safe to be your real inquisitive self, where you don't feel like you are the only one questioning the current maternity system and wanting more for your pregnancy and birth than seems to be the norm.
We meet monthly, in a private online group on a evening - dressing gowns welcome!
The sessions are around an hour and include:
- A ten minute info boost from me The Smart Doula, a 5 star rated Virtual Doula
-Resource recommendations around the topic
-Time to ask questions
-Time to vent, chat and share stories
