Birth Plan Template
This template will act as a prompt, directing you to areas where you may want to do additional research before you make informed choices and put it down in writing!

It is important to write your birth plan with your birth partner so they know it inside out, they are the ones who will be advocating for you when you are 'in the zone'.
Set Up Checklist
This is a handy document for your birth partner to help them when they aren't sure what they should be doing!
If you transfer environments (home to hospital, or one room to another), they will know the things they need to do to help you feel comfortable and safe.
Again this is a template and meant to be personalised!
